Your visit is dedicated entirely to you. There is no crowded clinic environment, no rotating between multiple patients, and no routine handoff of your treatment. The plan is built around your goals, schedule, and real-world environment.

ALIGN works with a wide range of orthopedic and movement-related concerns, including post-surgical recovery, joint and muscle pain, mobility limitations, balance and fall risk, sports and activity-related injuries, and strength or movement deficits.

ALIGN is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. Superbills can be provided upon request for patients who wish to submit documentation to their insurance plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Physical therapy services may be eligible for payment or reimbursement through an HSA or FSA when the care qualifies as a medical expense under your plan. We recommend confirming your specific plan’s requirements with your HSA or FSA administrator. If your card is not accepted directly, you may be able to pay for care and submit your receipt for reimbursement.

Referral requirements can depend on your individual situation and plan of care. Contact ALIGN and we will let you know whether any additional documentation is needed before treatment begins.

Your evaluation includes a detailed history, movement and functional assessment, and a discussion of what you want to return to doing. We then identify the primary drivers of the problem and outline an individualized plan.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and makes the area being evaluated accessible. Athletic clothing is usually ideal.
